Planning a backyard makeover: the order that saves you money

A backyard transformation has a lot of moving parts. Do them in the wrong order and you pay twice. Here is the sequence we work to.

1. Prep and levels first

Excavation, grading and getting the fall right come before anything is built. Skip this and water ends up in the wrong place.

2. Retaining and structure

If the yard slopes, retaining walls go in early to create level, usable ground for everything that follows.

3. Concrete

Driveways, paths and slabs are poured next, once the ground is shaped and the structure is in. Tearing up finished lawn to lay a path later is wasted money.

4. Fencing

Fences and gates frame the space and set the boundaries before the soft stuff goes in.

5. Turf and garden beds last

Lawn and planting finish the job, once all the heavy work and machine access is done.

Why one team matters

When the same crew handles the concrete, retaining, fencing and turf, the sequence just works, and you are not chasing five different trades. call +61 474 171 239 and we will map out your job.
